This project, initiated by the Why Documentaries team, is dedicated to celebrating positive multicultural stories of friendship across cultures, countering prevalent negative narratives. In collaboration with the MCCI and supported by Multicultural NSW, the project presents over fifteen documentary stories showcasing the diversity and richness of the Wollongong region. Partners such as Wollongong City Council and Navitas contribute to making this initiative possible. The project invites audiences to explore these inspiring films and encourages suggestions for additional stories to continue highlighting multicultural friendship.
